I have adrenal fatigue and what my functional medicine doctor was doing was not helping. I was so tired I thought I would have to quit work. I have followed Dr Fitt on Facebook and read his articles so I gave this a try. I took 6 a day for about a month and I started feeling like my self again. All my energy is back!! I take 2 daily (most days) and think it’s part of what keeps me going through a life situation that drains my health overall. I would like to have bloodwork to let me know if I need to tweak it, but in Canada some things are not easy. There’s no where to just pay to get it done.
