RETURNS

You may return most new, unopened Products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded unless the return of Product is the result of error by Pyrless (i.e. incorrect item or defective packaging, etc.). Pyrless will pay for return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective Product, etc.).  

If the return entails a refund, you should expect to receive the refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for Pyrless to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes Pyrless to process your return once Pyrless receives it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process Pyrless’ refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you would like to return a Product, please call 806-340-0641 (direct line for Order Assistance/Shipping/Returns) and provide the order number and reason for Product return. You will then be provided with instructions for handling the return. You may also email information regarding your request for a return to questions@impoweredhealth.com.   

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Pyrless offers free shipping for orders of $99 or more to locations within the continental United States. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged for shipping, regardless of total order costs. 

All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours during regular business days (Monday-Friday). 

Orders are not processed and shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Please allow 7-10 business days from ship date for delivery of your order when choosing free shipping for orders of $99 or more. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Pyrless currently ships to several countries. If the country to which you would like to ship is not listed upon checkout, you may send a request for consideration to add the country to questions@impoweredhealth.com. Please take note that there may be restrictions for importing certain Products into your country, and those restrictions vary by country. Shipping charges for orders being shipped outside the continental United States reflect only the actual shipping costs to the delivery point and DO NOT include import duties/taxes.

PLEASE NOTE: NOT ALL PRODUCTS SOLD ON WWW.IMPOWEREDHEALTH.COM WILL BE ALLOWED ENTRY INTO ALL COUNTRIES. Pyrless shall not be held responsible for Product orders that are rejected at customs. If an order is rejected by customs, Pyrless will refund the Product cost, less a 15% restocking fee, if the Product is returned, unopened and undamaged, to Pyrless. The refund will be issued when Pyrless receives the Product at its shipping warehouse. Shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded. PLEASE CHECK YOUR COUNTRY’S IMPORT GUIDELINES TO DETERMINE IN ADVANCE THE LIKELIHOOD OF YOUR ORDER CLEARING CUSTOMS. 

 **Shipping charges for overnight or expedited orders, international orders, and orders to AK and HI may require special handling and rates will vary.** Orders shipped outside the United States reflect actual shipping and handling costs to the delivery point and DO NOT include duty or taxes. 

CUSTOMS INFORMATION

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches port of entry. Any additional charges required by customs are the customer’s responsibility. Pyrless does not know and cannot provide those fee amounts. Contact your local customs office for more information in this regard.
