I have a smoothie with BALi Greens, BALi Purples and BALi Whey just about every day. It’s a quick, easy, convenient way to get your veggies. So much easier and quicker than buying veggies and juicing yourself. I usually add a few blueberries or pomegranate arils, maybe some coconut milk and plain greek yogurt. Awesome meal replacement or snack.

After juicing for over 3 months straight, something had to give. I was spending 3+ hours per week shopping, washing, juicing, and cleaning up the mess. It was a waste of my time since the BALI greens and purples can provide me with the same nutrition but at ZERO time prep! Taste is fine…not too sweet, but not bitter. My husband and I mix the greens and purples into one drink each day and he thinks it tastes like a chocolate drink while I taste a cinnamon flavor with a “watered down” berry flavor. Easy to ingest, gives a good little burst of energy as well!

Not gonna lie, the BSO takes a while to get used to. But suck it up and suck it down, and take the greens and the purples, and you will see results.
After having my youngest boy, I topped out at 195. At 5’6″, that was unacceptable. But life happens and as a single mom of two young kids with a full time job, and a mortgage, my stress level isn’t going anywhere, and neither, no matter what I tried, was the weight.
Enter Slimonade. Two weeks in and down 5 pounds on my current diet, even without the protein shake (out of stock). I eat well – plenty of greens, good meat and fish, good fats, few white carbs or grains, etc. Truly remarkable for someone who would count a pound lost in a month as a win. This is by far the best way for me to get adequate servings of fruits and veggies. With Bali Whey, a tsp of unsweetened Cacao and almond/coconut milk, I use this as the last meal of the day, and sometimes for breakfast with a couple of hard boiled eggs. So far, it has helped me to lose 55 pounds!
