I have taken BSO off and on for a few years but I never took it like Dr Mitchell had suggested because of taste and of other issues I was having. What’s amazing to me is that my body now craves it! My knees make a lot of nasty noise! I’m super active and had been taking ice baths 3-4x/week to keep the inflammation somewhat tamed after lifting weights. I started taking this several months ago and have been able to stop taking the ice baths. My 2nd order of BSO. Originally, I searched and tried many local health and natural food stores, and one other online brand. Usually the cost was higher with other similar BSO brands. Dr. Fitt’s BSO is not only a better deal, but is (believe it or not) better tasting than other brands. I have relatively gotten used to the taste. I am not consistent, but do believe it helps my overall health. I have also used it to heal scratches and cuts, bug bites, & skin issues (dry skin, chapped, hives, mild eczema) for me and my young kids. I have started using it for oil pulling also. Next goal is to see how I could use it in a skin lotion as a moisturizer or combo for bug spray.

I have ordered 3 times from Dr. Fitt, the first two times, everything was great. I received my 3rd order and to my surprise, when i opened the bottle of Black seed oil, it had a light yellow color,and different smell and taste. I contacted Dr. Fitt with this concern, I do not feel comfortable ingesting this oil and I was told that i could not return it and get a refund, because i had opened the bottle. Obviously, I needed to open the item, if it had been the same as the prior orders, i would not have a problem. I am so disappointment, I will not ever order from this website again.

Unfortunately, I can’t stand the taste of it and after I took it I burped it for the rest of the day.. I don’t think i can return it so its just a loss of $35…I wouldn’t recommend the liquid alone. My mom and I have been taking this daily for over 2 years. Before starting it, Mom had polyps every colonoscopy and had to return for another colonoscopy annually. Since taking it, no polyps and a 5 year return. Twice the dermatologist has removed spots off mom that he promised were going to be problem areas with probable surgery for serious skin cancer. I’m severely allergic to poison ivy. I had it for 2 weeks when a friend sent me the link to your website. It was constantly oozing and I was miserable. I have had swollen knuckles on my right hand for a few years now. It has been difficult making a strong fist and at times hard to open a jar in the kitchen. I started taking blackseed oil and within 4 days I noticed a significant difference in my right hand. For the first time in years the swelling has gone down and you can actually see the bones in my knuckles again. I didn’t even start out taking the full recommended dose. It’s hard to rate this product because there is no information about how to use it. It doesn’t even say if it is for topical use or to be taken internally. It is also a higher price than black seed oil I have found on other sites. Perhaps it is higher quality, but I don’t know how to measure this because there is very little information on the bottle. This product will always be a staple in our family. My husband has lost over 55 pounds on the BALi lifestyle, while I have lost over 30 myself. I have been taking this for over a month now, my “normal” aches and pains have almost completely gone away. My skin on my face seems clearer and the dark circles under my eyes are fading. My mother and i both drink this daily. It honestly tastes like turpentine but we just down it. For the first time in years, mom has not had polyps and doesn’t have to come back for a colonoscopy for 5 years. We both do not get sick, no allergies, nothing. It’s very subtle, but I credit Black Seed Oil (in conjunction with working at living and eating healthy) with our good health. Mom is 78 by the way and only taking a very low dose blood pressure pill. She smokes and won’t quit, so I feel that’s pretty good testimonial to this product! i have a large nodule on my thyroid. It is benign but large. I have been applying BSO nightly for about 3 months. The size of the nodule has greatly reduced.
Secondly I have a lot of raised, brown looking rough places on my legs. I have been applying nightly for 3 months. They are almost gone.
I just got my second bottle of BSO. I plan to start taking internally. My husband is a type 1 diabetic with acute pancreatitis I am hoping this will help him. I posted 5 days after receiving this product the first time since then I have been taking this now for 2 weeks and the white coating on my tongue is fading, I find myself using less seasonings but the food taste better, I’m eating less, feeling fuller sooner, and I’m feeling better that I have in years. I started taking Black seed oil 5 days ago. This is the roughest stuff I have ever had to swallow. I’m not going to sugar coat it, it really does taste like turpentine! I tell the kids it will put hair on your chest!! LOL. I chase it with a few spoonfuls of yogurt and really helps a lot. I don’t burp it all day like I did the first few days and I’m grateful. I have started with 1tsp until all the burping stops then I will move up to 1 T. I will give another review in a month on how I feel and what it has done for me then. I’m not giving up on this I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired. The thyroid medicine I purchased here has made a world of difference in my life and I know this will too!! Dr. Fitt’s BSO is not only a better deal, but is (believe it or not) better tasting than other brands. I have relatively gotten used to the taste. It’s hard to rate this product because there is no information about how to use it. It doesn’t even say if it is for topical use or to be taken internally. It is also a higher price than black seed oil I have found on other sites. Perhaps it is higher quality, but I don’t know how to measure this because there is very little information on the bottle. i have a large nodule on my thyroid. It is benign but large. I have been applying BSO nightly for about 3 months. The size of the nodule has greatly reduced.
