I had ordered this product and it sat on a shelf. Finally decided time to take as I read cures everything but death on other sites. Took a little while to get use to the taste but due to health concerns felt it was a good idea to continue taking. As with most things once you get use to a taste you are fine. Ordered 2 more bottles and making it part of my health/wellness routine. I do feel better and would recommend others give it a go.

I ordered my 1st bottle last year and stopped taking it I couldn’t get past the taste. After the Corona issues and hospital visits I needed to up my immune system so I rediscovered it. I finished the first bottle and ordered a second larger size. I am an Esthetician so I deal with skin all. Due to heart disease and a myriad of meds I started to age faster. After 1 month of starting back with BSO I had a client after I finished her facial asked me “why are you looking so youthful”. I noticed it but thought maybe I was tripping. When others notice I know I will continue to use this. My energy level is through the roof. Overall I feel 1000 times better.

I used to be a very active person, before and after the military. Since retiring in 2009 I’ve been reduce to playing tennis once or twice a month and occasionally playing golf using a golf cart (not able to walk 9 holes). I have been receiving steroid injections in my knees and feet thru the VA Clinic since 2006, to help treat Plantar Fasciitis and Arthritis/pain. Black seed oil is the best. It cures mose anything. It has taken off a tag on my neck (just fell off after applying it nightly). I must take it daily for Lichen Plannus. Without it, I have pain shooting through my tongue. No one else has a solution, but this works.

I started taking BSO about 2 months ago but did not know about Dr. Fitt’s oil. I ordered various oil from Amazon but when I discovered his oil and products, I made this purchase.
I sleep like a rock, have dreams and know this oil is doing great things in and for my body!!
I am hoping that as I continue to take the oil I will see more and more benefits! I use it on my face and on my hands and it is keeping them smooth and supple.

Dr. Fitt’s Black Seed Oil is the best! I got it to see if it would help with my son’s type 1 diabetes and he has seen a dramatic decrease in his blood sugar levels as well as decreased need for insulin.
He started with 2 teaspoons per day, but has since moved up to 4 tablespoons per day.I have eczema on my hands and I have begun taking 5-6 tablespoons per day and it seems to be helping my hands to get better.
We are both taking Dr. Fitt’s Robynzyme tablets as well, along with Dr. Wallach’s multi vitamin and mineral supplement (Beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.0) and that seems to be helping us get the nutrition we were needing, while eating a whole food low glycemic diet, and we are both healing!
I thank the Lord that I found Dr. Fitt! I have read many of the article posted on his website, and I find him to be a very logical thinker and very knowledgeable in his field!

The BSO was a lot more stronger and bitter tasting than what I ordered before. I used to be able to take it on an empty stomach but now I have to eat and then take it because it upsets my stomach. I also did not like the plastic bottle it came in. On the upside, I am now able to keep my blood pressure normal without any prescription drugs which I love

They say the best medicines are bitter; this must be the mother of all medicine. This is not to say it’s not worth the unappealing taste, it has many remarkable health benefits. It has especially helped with our sons ear infection problem and seems to knock out most skin conditions quickly when combined with coconut oil to make a paste. I know based on the research there is a myriad of other internal things we don’t see that it’s assisting with as well.
And for the taste you can help mask with pomegranate juice, or mixing in a protein shake, or even mixing with some water and stevia. You somewhat get used to it over time, start with a little and build up over time if you need too.

I had tried another Black seed oil that was quite good and much darker in color and in a glass bottle. I was anxious to try this one but very disappointed it was in plastic and the color was lighter than the other. I reserve judgment on the quality as I have only been taking it for a week. Would be better in glass and strangely enough I do like the taste.

So just let me say this… I don’t have arthritis pain to speak of anymore… I have had some detox but no flu and in three years only one cold… I’m sitting here trying to think what I can tell you I’ve had but I haven’t had anything. I began using BSO for poor digestion and nutrient absorption. I feel better, so much better. I take it in the morning and it helps curb my appetite for snacking. Learned about this oil from Dr Fitt watching his videos etc. Started taking it and giving it to mom and eventually my husband joined in. Its that good! We are healthy to begin with,eat lots of greens, exercise use different supplements and as natural as we can be. But adding this bso you can see any imflamation leaving your body, you can feel it. Around the waist any extra imflamation, gone. Menstrual periods bloating etc, gone. Husband always exercises but difficulty getting rid of the middle area inches on sides of belly, well since using this just 3 weeks he’s down belt size. Like I say we are already healthy with good diets and exercise,etc. So adding this bso is like a cherry on top! Is awesome! And as for sleeping its awesome too. I told friends about it and two of them bought it also and now trying it and will discuss results here soon. We never care how something tastes if its amazing on your health and we’ve tasted a lot worst. This oil is easy to take with a little juice and doesn’t taste bad at all to us after a month using it anymore. My husband says he actually enjoys the taste of it now is like our bodies crave it! I will admit it, I have tried another brand of black seed oil! Within a couple of weeks I noticed a significant increase in the effects of Candida in my body! I have found the taste is easy to take when poured in to a dark or tart juice. I take it every evening before brushing my teeth for bedtime. It curbs my cravings, although most of my sweet craving is gone since being on the BALi plan for 1 1/2 years. I have never been able to control my weight gain before the BALi plan. It is the reason for my health improvements & my husband has even lost 55 pounds & he drives for a living. 55 pounds!!! That’s a small child.

I don’t run out of black seed oil because if I do I start to notice what all it really does like helps inflammation, keeps candida in check and I just feel better. Plus with all this Corona going around I’m not taking any chances.

Dr. Fitt’s Black Seed Oil is the best! I got it to see if it would help with my son’s type 1 diabetes and he has seen a dramatic decrease in his blood sugar levels as well as decreased need for insulin.
He started with 2 teaspoons per day, but has since moved up to 4 tablespoons per day.
I have eczema on my hands and I have begun taking 5-6 tablespoons per day and it seems to be helping my hands to get better.
We are both taking Dr. Fitt’s Robynzyme tablets as well, along with Dr. Wallach’s multi vitamin and mineral supplement (Beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.0) and that seems to be helping us get the nutrition we were needing, while eating a whole food low glycemic diet, and we are both healing!

The BSO was a lot more stronger and bitter tasting than what I ordered before. I used to be able to take it on an empty stomach but now I have to eat and then take it because it upsets my stomach. I also did not like the plastic bottle it came in. On the upside, I am now able to keep my blood pressure normal without any prescription drugs which I love

They say the best medicines are bitter; this must be the mother of all medicine. This is not to say it’s not worth the unappealing taste, it has many remarkable health benefits. It has especially helped with our sons ear infection problem and seems to knock out most skin conditions quickly when combined with coconut oil to make a paste. I know based on the research there is a myriad of other internal things we don’t see that it’s assisting with as well.
And for the taste you can help mask with pomegranate juice, or mixing in a protein shake, or even mixing with some water and stevia. You somewhat get used to it over time, start with a little and build up over time if you need too.

I had tried another Black seed oil that was quite good and much darker in color and in a glass bottle. I was anxious to try this one but very disappointed it was in plastic and the color was lighter than the other. I reserve judgment on the quality as I have only been taking it for a week. Would be better in glass and strangely enough I do like the taste.

Learned about this oil from Dr Fitt watching his videos etc. Started taking it and giving it to mom and eventually my husband joined in. Its that good! We are healthy to begin with,eat lots of greens, exercise use different supplements and as natural as we can be. But adding this bso you can see any imflamation leaving your body, you can feel it. Around the waist any extra imflamation, gone. Menstrual periods bloating etc, gone. Husband always exercises but difficulty getting rid of the middle area inches on sides of belly, well since using this just 3 weeks he’s down belt size. Like I say we are already healthy with good diets and exercise,etc. So adding this bso is like a cherry on top! Is awesome! And as for sleeping its awesome too. I told friends about it and two of them bought it also and now trying it and will discuss results here soon. I will admit it, I have tried another brand of black seed oil! Within a couple of weeks I noticed a significant increase in the effects of Candida in my body! I have found the taste is easy to take when poured in to a dark or tart juice. I take it every evening before brushing my teeth for bedtime. It curbs my cravings, although most of my sweet craving is gone since being on the BALi plan for 1 1/2 years. I have never been able to control my weight gain before the BALi plan. It is the reason for my health improvements & my husband has even lost 55 pounds & he drives for a living. 55 pounds!!! That’s a small child.
