So yeah there is a little bit of stinging when I use this. My face is still clearing up, but in truth it is not that bad, and this with the zit soap is clearing up my face like I have never seen before.

If you have sebaceous skin, this is for you. If you deal with Candida or acne flare ups (even minor period bumps), this is for you. If your skin is aging- this is for you. I recommend putting glasses on when you spray your face, it WILL burn (it’s acid after all), it will also exfoliate so you can get your glow on. My skin has adjusted to the burn. I use with a toner and Touch My Face Soap and my face is clear and glowy. Be patient when going through the shedding phase, it’s worth it. The spray doesn’t need a neutralizer, if too strong, simply rinse. Thank you for this skin line. BSO for the win!

I have sun/age spots on my face. I just emptied my first bottle, starting on my 2nd and have ordered my third to make sure I don’t run out! The spots are fading! I’m so excited! It does burn/itch but NOT for long and definitely not bad enough to make me stop using it. My skin feels softer as well!

2nd purchase. Yes, ouch, and it feels like fireant stings, but I know it works. Sting is more if I have eaten more sugar / starch / milk, and now that I am following better food choices, the sting is not as bad (but still there). To help, I fan it to dry faster. But, my skin clears up so much faster than with other products. Never thought I would like it this much, but do not want to be without it.

I purchased the girl friends combo along with the face soap and I am loving my results. My skin is more firm and more hydrated. I ran out of the I Mist You and I didn’t realize how important this step is in the process of cleaning my face. My face had dry patches but as soon as I used the I Mist You again, everything was back in balance. I love this stuff!!

We saw this product on a FB review and the lady raves about it being the only thing that has helped her acne. We don’t want to do meds anymore and it was reasonable enough to afford. It is making a difference in the back acne but has not cleared up. I am confident I will. She has been using it for 2-3 weeks. It does definitely burn when sprayed but a cool hairdryer helps with the burn.

Like some of the reviews state it does hurt. Lol! But so do squats and they’re worth the pain. I am also using Touch My Face Soap and the Liquid Vitamin c mixed w BSO as my moisturizer. On the very first day i loved my results. I’m on day 5 and i am starting to notice how smooth my forehead is looking. I have some dark age spots I’m hoping will disappear with continued use.

I struggle with light acne, and little texture bumps under my skin. I’ve been using this for a WEEK and my skin already looks SO much better!! This is my holy grail! I have tried everything in Sephora which costs atleast $25-50 each, tried the dermatologist and nothing seemed to make them go away! But this stuff, is amazing. Yes it hurts, it feels like needles poking in all over your skin, but I like being able to feel it getting deep into my pores and cleaning them!! Cause it’s working!! Already ordering more for back up!!

I follow Dr. Fitt on Facebook–that is where I first was introduced to the “I Mist You” product. He talked about how it could help with a critter overgrowth on the face (such as acne, dermatitis etc) he also mentioned how it would sting when sprayed on the face–well he wasn’t kidding–on either point! This product worked better than anything else I have tried to get rid of my dermatitis and it is definitely worth the short term discomfort getting there!

My daughter recommended this but I had my doubts!! I have had a horrible, itchy rash on the inside of my thighs for about five years. Yes–FIVE YEARS!!! Nothing has helped. I would wake in the middle of my sleep and scratch this until I was absolutely miserable! The one thing that felt good was spraying scalding hot water on this area in the shower! Then the area hurt from the scalding! Got where I was going “commando” because I couldn’t stand the elastic of my undies touching me! I haven’t even finished my first bottle of “I Mist Me” and I am 95% healed! I am ordering another bottle to keep on hand so this crap (whatever it was) can NOT come back!! Thank you Dr. Mitchell!!

I also cannot find any info on what to use this product with as far as serums and moisturizers, how long to use it or how often and what should I be looking for. Everyone has had such great results and I had high expectations. I do not understand why I am experiencing this.
